There are 3 phases that an entreprenuer usually goes through in their cycle
1. The Striving Phase- This is where the entrepreneur gets little traction in their business and there seems to be lots of activity for little or no result
2. Driving Phase- This is where the entrepreneur works harder and spends more time doing but is in too much overwhelm still
3. Thriving stage- This Phase happens when the Striving and Driving phase has been released and then you start to learn hwo to leverage your effectiveness to get exponential results.

There are 3 ways to get into the Zone to Optimizing your Business
1.Know what makes you money…. do the things that make you the most money in the shortest time.
2.You need to differentiate between doing more and doing less well
3.Figure out where the profit is
Once you have done this, your business will run better. Think of how Apple do only a few things really well… they concentrate on a limited few things and get great results.
