Client Manager Role
We are looking for a very detail driven and results focussed person who has exceptional customer service and communication skills. Our Business helps other small businesses get online, get found online and create their entire web presence, and we need individuals who are willing to step up and take on that role of helping other small business succeed with online marketing.
The successful applicant will be involved directly with the customer from the time they become a client to the time the projects have ended with us
We have a number of systems in place to follow and full training will be provided. We are very flexible with the hours you work, with only a few key times during the week that we may need you available. If you are comfortable using computers, the phone and have great written communications, (email), then we are looking for you.

- good at keeping time and managing timesheets
- Can work from home and be a self starter
- attention to detail – almost anal about it
- great at setting and keeping to a deadline
- comfortable on the phone with a friendly and professional demeanour
- great communications skills – written and on phone
- love learning about the internet
- experience in customer service a bonus
- this is not a sales job but you should be comfortable selling for when clients want additional work
- self motivator
- solution oriented (able to come up with own solutions to problems)
Availability
We will begin the role as a part time job and it may evolve into a full time positioned
We offer very flexible hours and must be available to meet once a week in person and once a week on phone/skype for our team call.
