Welcome back for the third post in our business automation series. In our previous two posts we gave you an idea of why you should automate and what types of activities there are that you may be doing that make you a candidate for automation. These were general business automation topics, but we’d like to give you an overview of what we will be covering in more depth as we go through. The key thing to remember is it is all about your business as the centre-point for all activity. We have split our webinar series to cover several different topics in more depth.
The first area we will cover is marketing. We are going to show you a number of cool tools and tricks that your business will be able to use to automate your marketing activities. It doesn’t have to be scary and complicated as many believe!
The second part of our series looks at sales automation. Again, we’re going to be showing you some great time-saving tools that will automate your sales function and leave you more time for yourself, or to work on growth areas for your business.
Next up we will take a look at scheduling. This is really about time management. Are you a person that sells your time for money? Perhaps a coach or trainer? There are again some awesome tools available that will help you better manage your time, make more money and automate parts of your business!
Customer service is another big area which you have the opportunity to automate parts of and make life easier. Many people forget that customer service still needs to happen after you have sold products! We will be covering tips and tools for you to improve this process and ensure customer satisfaction at the same time.
Financials is another topic which we will be covering. Many people see this as a scary, ugly topic! But there are ways you can make this simple so that tasks are taken care of automatically and you can sleep at night!
Finally, we will be covering staffing in another webinar. You could, of course use all the tools we will show you and put systems in place yourself, but what if you could get other people to do that for you? Wouldn’t that be even better? We’re going to be sharing resources with you on how you can find and hire the right people, even relatively cheaply.
